JUDGMENT / ORDER

PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records and quash the charge sheet against the petitioner pending in C.C.No.150 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial No.1, Kancheepuram.

PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to call for the records and quash the proceedings in Crime No.1078 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, S9, Palavanthangal Police Station, Chennai.

Iyyapparaj Additional Public Prosecutor For R2 : Mr.V.S.Senthilkumar O R D E R S These petitions have been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.79 of 2015 and Crime No.1078 of 2015 on the file of first respondent.
2.Pending Criminal Original Petitions, the defacto complainant and the petitioners have amicably resolved the dispute among themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise and filed a joint compromise affidavit, dated 16.11.2017 before this Court.
3. Today, the defacto complainant and the petitioners are personally present before this Court and they have been identified by their counsel on record. The counsel for the parties have submitted the photo copies of the parties in respect of Aadhar Cards viz., R.Rajkumar Aadhar No.6799 5987 0077, A.Kothandaraman- Aadhar No.6460 4868 5867, and Soundarajan Aadhar No.5352 8455 0912 and Voter Identity Card of Magadevi  Vote I.D.No.XBG2711950 and after verification of the original cards, the same were also recorded.
4. A Joint compromise affidavit, dated 16.11.2017 has been filed by both the defacto complainant as well as petitioners to the effect that the defacto complainant has no objection, if the present Criminal Original Petitions are allowed.

5. In view of the above submissions made on either side and taking into account, the compromise entered into between the parties, the proceedings in Crime No.79 of 2015 and Crime No.1078 of 2015 on the file of first respondent is hereby quashed.
6. The Joint compromise affidavit, dated 16.11.2017 filed by the defacto complainant/R.Rajkumar, is hereby recorded. The Criminal Original Petitions are allowed. The Joint Compromise Affidavit, dated 16.11.2017 shall form part of the order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
