This petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to provide police protection, while adopt/renovate his property as per the WILL dated 30.01.1987 based on the compliant dated 09.01.2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the first respondent.
3.The petitioner being the owner of the property situated at No.6, (Old No.24), Kambar Street, Ramapuram, Ambattur, Chennai 600 053 as per WILL dated 30.01.1987 apprehends threat from the second and third respons herein. In this connection, the petitioner had given a representation to the first respondent on 09.01.2017, since the same has not been considered, the present petition has been filed seeking for protection.
4.Considering the fact of the case, I am of the view that the ends of justice would be meet, if a direction is given to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner. Hence, there will be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 09.01.2017 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
5. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the first respondent while passing such orders, shall give due opportunity to the petitioner and the parties concerned before taking a final decision on the petitioner's representation.
6. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
