1.Rule. Mr.M.A.Bukhari, learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of rule. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that the applicant - accused be released on temporary bail for a period of 30 days from the date of his release, on his furnishing a personal security bond in the sum of Rs.5,000=00 and on the condition that he shall report to the police station nearest to the place where he resides. Rule is made absolute.
