Learned advocates for the parties make a statement that both the matters have become infructous as the Police Investigating Agency has submitted its report to the concerned Court for obtaining "C" summary. Therefore, according to them, these two petitions do not survive and have become infructous. In above view of the matter, these two petitions are ordered to be disposed of in terms of the above statement made by the learned advocates for the parties.
The petitioner in both petitions will be at liberty to make appropriate submission before the learned Magistrate when the hearing of report of the Police Investigating Agency for obtaining "C" summary take place. Direct service is permitted.
