Mr.Shah on instruction from Mr.Keshubhai Bhikhabhai writer constable states that in this case investigation is almost over and the police is going to file chargesheet latest by 15.04.2002 before the Trial Court. In that view of the matter, ld.counsel Shri Shukla seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with a liberty to file fresh petition before the Trial Court, after submission of chargesheet, to which ld. APP Mr.Shah no objection. Permission granted. Disposed of as withdrawn. Rule discharged.
