Mr.S.J.Dave, Ld.APP makes a statement on instructions from Mr.S.P. Patel, S.I., that the Spl.Squad constituted by the Office of the D.G.P. is still functioning and it appears that it is being headed by Mr.F.M.Gard. It is also stated by him that Mr.Zala has been substituted for Mr.D.N.Mishra to assist the Spl.Squad. This shows that the head of the Spl.Squad has been changed, but the Spl.Squad is functioning as it is.

In view of the above, Mr.S.V.Raju, Ld.Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. Permission granted. Disposed of as withdrawn.
