2.This is an application for temporary bail filed by the petitioner abovenamed on account of the sickness of his wife, who has under gone surgery on 26th of this month. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and to the certificate issued, at page no. 13, this application is partly allowed and the petitioner herein is ordered to be released on temporary bail on condition to furnish solvent surety & PR of Rs. 7000/(Rs. Seven Thousand only) or in the alternative, the applicant - accused person should deposit an amount of Rs. 5000/- before the Jail Authority for the due performance of the conditions of this bail order. The original accused shall be released on following conditions :-
(i) The accused shall not contact, induce or threaten the witnesses of the prosecution.
(ii) The accused shall surrender to the Jail Authority at or before 4.00 p.m. on 3/8/2001.
Rule made absolute. Direct Service permitted today.
