Mudgal, Family Physician, Vapi, with regard to physical condition of the present petitioner and also to verify the degree of the said doctor and submit report to this Court on the returnable date. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to hand over a copy of the certificate issued by Dr. Hasmukh O. Mudgal, Family Physician, Vapi to learned A.P.P. for sending the same to the P.I. of concerned Police Station. Office is directed to give a copy of this order to learned A.P.P.
