Having heard Ld.counsel for the parties, and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case the applicant-accused is directed to present himself before the I.O. on 8-4-2002 between 10-00 a.m. to 5-00 p.m. for the purpose of interrogation. If the interrogation is not completed on that day, then he will present himself on the next day i.e. on 9-4-2002, as desired by the I.O. till interrogation is over. In the meanwhile, the respondent-Bank may place all the records of the case and bank accounts, including the entries made in the bank-accounts regarding disbursement of the amounts credited in the name of the Chairman of the bank as well as Directors and relatives before the I.O. Put up on 11-4-2002 in first Board. On that day I.O. shall personally remain present and appraise the court about the interrogation and further investigation made in the matter. On that day, the applicant-accused shall also remain present before this Court at 11-00 a.m. sharp. Till then, the applicant-accused shall not be arrested.
