Criminal Appeal No. 409 Of 2 vs Unknown

This criminal appeal is filed against the order of acquittal passed by the learned Magistrate whereby he acquitted the respondent-accused for the offences under Sections 323, 504 and 114 IPC and under Section 135 of Bombay Police Act on 30.12.1999. Criminal Misc. Application No.5570 of 2000 was filed in this appeal to condone the delay of 21 days is dismissed by a speaking order. Therefore this appeal filed by the State is required to be dismissed as having become time barred and accordingly it is dismissed.
