In view of the not-pressed memo dated. 16.10.2014, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, since the learned counsel for the petitioner submits across the Bar that some mistakes in the figures are doubted, with regard to the refund of excess payment, it is made clear that dismissal of this writ petition will not bar the way of the petitioner to pursue other appropriate remedy with regard to subsisting grievance, if any.
