JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction not to engage any person for parcel handling at Ernakulam Railway Station, so long as Exts.P1 and P2 are concerned. It is reported that the petitioner is no more. Therefore, this writ petition is closed with liberty to any person to challenge any action of the railway authorities in appropriate manner.
