Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner had sought the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, permission is granted to withdraw this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
