JUDGMENT / ORDER

ANTONY DOMINIC, J.
The appellant filed W.P.(C)No.26041 of 2014 challenging Exts.P4 and P4(a) conditional orders that were passed by the 2nd respondent granting stay of recovery on condition that the appellant remits 1/3rd of the amount demanded and on furnishing security for the balance amount. By the judgment under appeal the learned Single Judge reduced the aforesaid condition and directed the appellant to remit 20% of the amount demanded and to furnish security for the balance. It is unsatisfied with the above, this Appeal is filed.
2. We heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. Having gone through Exts.P4 and P4(a) orders and the judgment under appeal, we see absolutely no reason to find any illegality in the order of the learned Single Judge.
W.A.No.1710 of 2014 2 Therefore, we decline to interfere with the judgment under appeal.
At this stage, the learned counsel for the appellant sought enlargement of time to remit 20% of the amount as ordered by the learned Single Judge and to furnish security for the balance. Considering the request made it is directed that the time for compliance with the condition will stand enlarged by three weeks from today.
The Writ Appeal is disposed of as above.
