JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned Additional Solicitor General of India informed this Court that pursuant to the order passed by this court dated 20.12.2013 in W.P.No.22373 of 2012, the Secretary to Government, Department of Revenue initiated steps and pursuant to the direction, an enquiry was conducted and report was also submitted and the same was approved by the Secretary to Government, Department of Revenue.
2. In accordance with the direction issued by this Court, the original files were produced before this Court and on perusal of the same, it is made clear that the enquiry report was perused approved and signed personally by the Secretary to Government, Department of Revenue.
3. In view of the same, no further adjudication is necessary in this contempt Petition at this point of time. The learned counsel for the petitioner also made a submission that all other grounds and issues raised by the petitioner is to be adjudicated before the appropriate forum.
4. Thus, it is left open to the petitioner to canvas the issues, points and the grounds raised in the writ petition at the time of hearing. In respect of the present contempt petition, no further adjudication is necessary. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
