Antony Dominic, J. 1. Seeking review of the judgment dated 4.7.2011, review petition was filed on 20.7.2012, along with C.M.Application No.390/12 praying for condonation of delay of 305 days. The matter came up before the Bench which passed the judgment on 29.7.2012 when an adjournment of two weeks was sought for by the review petitioner. Thereafter, the case is brought up only now.
2. This conduct of keeping the review and the petition for condonation of delay pending for so long, without any effort to move the matter, leads to an inference that the same could have been deliberate so that an attempt could be made after the Judges who passed the judgment retires.
3. Even otherwise, we are satisfied that the grounds in the review petition would show that the attempt of RP.676/12 2 the review petitioner is to seek re-hearing of the O.T.Appeal, which is impermissible in a review petition.
For these reasons, we are not inclined to entertain this review petition. C.M.Application No.390/12 and the review petition are accordingly dismissed.
