Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the 1st respondent.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.121/2015 was completed and the case has been closed as 'action dropped' and a closure report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Melur, on 22.04.2017.
3. Recording the same, this petition is closed. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
