JUDGMENT / ORDER

Common Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to pay the arrears of pay based on the re-fixation of scale of pay awarding Selection Grade and Special Grade in the cadre of Headmaster of Elementary School for the period from 19.09.1997 to 31.05.2008 and from 19.09.1977 to 31.05.2011 as per the order passed by the 1st Respondent in his Proceedings Na.Ka.No.19141/L.3/2011 dated 30.08.2011, and as per the order passed by the 2nd Respondent in his Proceedings O.Mu.No.5421/Aa3/2011 dated 30.11.2011 and as per the order passed by the 3rd Respondent in his Proceedings Na.Ka.No.1551/A1/2011 dated 26.12.2011. For Petitioners : Mr.P.Ganesan for M/s.C.S.Associates (in both W.Ps) For Respondents : Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari Government Advocate (in both W.Ps) C O M M O N O R D E R The relief sought for in these writ petitions is to implement the orders passed by the 1st respondent in proceedings dated 30.08.2011.
2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners state that in spite of the fact that the orders in favour of the writ petitioners have been issued in proceedings dated 30.08.2011, the same has not been implemented and the writ petitioners are deprived of the benefits of the orders passed by the 1st respondent dated 30.08.2011. However, the writ petitioners have not enclosed any copy of the representation in this writ petition. Thus, the petitioners are at liberty to submit a representation to the respondents within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and if any such representation is received from the writ petitioners, then the respondents are directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
