Council Ex-Servicemen Widow'S Defence

The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks for permission to withdraw the writ petition without prejudice to the rights and liberties of the petitioner to move this Court , if found necessary at a later point of time. An Interlocutory Application (I.A.6636 of 2014) is also filed to that effect. Permission sought for is granted. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
