JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.S.A.Amal Jin, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 23.02.2017 in W.P.(MD) No. 24651 of 2016 has been complied by the respondent and he has made an endorsement to that effect. Recording that submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
