JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents herein for their deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 14.07.2016 in W.P.(MD)No.1582 of 2016 amounting to contempt of Court under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3. Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthaiah, learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court, dated 14.07.2016, has been complied with in letter and spirit and he has also produced the proceedings of the District Elementary Educational Officer, Ramanathapuram, in Na.Ka.No.3117/A1/2016, dated 10.06.2017.
