When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court, dated 18.04.2017, has been complied with in letter and spirit. The learned Special Government Pleader also produced a copy of the proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Trichy, approving the appointment of the non- teaching staff for the petitioner's institution.
