Heard Mr.K.Prabhu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
2.Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent informs that the orders dated 23.02.2017 in W.P.(MD)Nos.1048 & 1049 of 2017 of this Court have now been complied with, after the petitioner filed these Contempt Petitions, which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. An endorsement has also been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to that effect.
3.Recording the said submission, these Contempt Petitions are closed. No costs.
