Alleging disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.1169 of 2013, dated 09.06.2014, this writ petition has been filed.
2.The second respondent in pursuant to the statutory notice appears in person today.
3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in the writ petition has been complied with by a proceedings dated 30.01.2017, issued by the District Educational Officer, Thucklay. He has also produced a copy of the said order.
