JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for her deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 05.07.2016 in W.P.(MD)No.1912 of 2013 under Article 215 of the Constitution of India r/w Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has reported that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1912 of 2013, dated 05.07.2016 has been complied with. Therefore, he has no further grievance.
4. In that view of the matter, the Contempt petition is closed.
