JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 28.01.2016 in W.M.P.(MD)No.1595 of 2016 in W.P.(MD)No.1844 of 2016, has been complied with and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.775/A25/2015, dated 15.02.2017. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
