JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for deliberate and willful disobedience of the Order of this Court dated 24.03.2017 in W.P.(MD)No.1388 of 2017.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with in letter and spirit. He also produced the proceedings of the District Elementary Educational Officer, dated 15.06.2017.
3.Recording the statement, this Contempt Petition is closed.
