Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate Mr. J. Gunaseelan Muthaiah appearing for the respondents / contemnors by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 10.05.2017 passed by the District Educational Officer submitted that the order of this Court in the Writ Petition has been complied with.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the above order passed by the respondents is in compliance of the order of this Court. However, the question raised by him is regarding due implementation of the order now passed by the respondents in favour of the petitioner. The proceedings for initiating contempt cannot be enlarged beyond scope and there cannot be further direction to implement the order which is in compliance of the direction of this Court.
3. Recording the statement of the learned counsel and taking into account the order passed by the District Educational Officer dated 10.05.2017, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
