Heard Mr. Arvind Kumar Dixit, learned counsel for the petitioners. He submits that petitioners would be satisfied if directions are issued to consider and decide their representation dated 19.01.2018 (Annexure-6) within time frame. Petition is accordingly disposed of with the observation that the third respondent shall consider and decide petitioners' representation dated 19.01.2018, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
