JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Prakash Krishna,J.
Supplementary affidavit filed today, be taken on record.
Challenging the notice dated 08.11.2005, Annexure-8 to the writ petition, the present writ petition has been filed principally on the ground that the petitioner is not liable to pay entry tax.
The present writ petition arises out of provisional assessment proceedings relating to period April to September, 2005. By now the final assessment must have taken place.
It is not a fit case to interfere in the matter. However, against the final assessment order, the petitioner may file statutory appeal, if so advised.
With the aforesaid, observations, the writ petition is dismissed.
