JUDGMENT / ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed on the ground that the order dated 09.02.2017 passed by this Court in W.P. No.14451 of 2016 has not been complied with by the respondent.

cad 2 Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was jointly submitted by the learned counsel on either side that the aforesaid order, aggrieved by non compliance of which, this contempt petition has been filed, has been complied with by the respondent.
Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, this contempt petition stands closed.
