This contempt petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents for having willfully disobeyed the orders of this court dated 25.10.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.23637 of 2016.

2. On 07.09.2016, this Court passed the following order:
"Today, Mr.S.P.Shanmugam, Inspector Of Police, Anupparpalayam Police Station is present. Learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order dated 25.10.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23637/2016 has been complied with and police have provided bandobust since 06.09.2017. Further, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is cleaning the property and prayes that the Contempt Petition may be kept pending for a week. Accepting the aforesaid submission, the presence of the Inspector of Police is dispensed with. Post on 18.09.2017."
3. Today, Mr.R.Senthil Murugan, Sub Inspector of Police, Anuparpalayam Police Station, Tiruppur District, is present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.23637 of 2016 dated 25.10.2016 has been complied with.
4. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed.
