Since the petitioner has challenged the legislative competence of the Parliament to enact law for the Co-operative Society registered with the State Co-operative Law and has further prayed for declaration that Banking Laws [applicable to Co-operative Societies] Act No. 23 of 1965 as ultra vires the Constitution of India, let notice be also issued upon the learned Attorney General of India. Let the matter appear on November 8, 2012.
