JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Since Mr.Chhaya entered appearance on behalf of the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, we direct his client to file affidavit by next Thursday. In the mean time, the municipal authority will see that the dirty water from Lalbahadur Shashtri Lake drainage be dispersed and it should also take steps for spraying medicines in the surrounding areas for prevention of growth of mosquitoes.
WPPIL/186/2012 2/2 ORDER Let the matter appear on 30th August 2012. Direct service is permitted.
