JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner seeks a direction to the opposite party no.2 who is stationed at Meerut to stop deduction of three increments after expiry of one year which were withheld in pursuance to the order dated 14.02.2014 passed by the same opposite party.
The cause of action has arisen to the petitioner outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.
The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the High Court at Allahabad.
