JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
On 15.4.2010 hearing of the contempt petition was deferred on account of the fact that hearing in the special appeal was going on.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that special appeal has been decided by means of judgment and order dated 05.10.2010.
In this view of the matter, the order deferring the hearing of the contempt petition is recalled and the contempt proceedings shall continue against the opposite parties in respect of the compliance of the order passed by this Court.
List this petition in the next cause list before appropriate Bench.
