Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner's grievance is that in consonance with the provisions as contained under the police regulation 525 of U.P. Police Regulations, petitioner is liable to be transferred from Armed Police to Civil Police. Petitioner grievance is that he has already represented the matter before Deputy Inspector General of Police, Moradabad, but till date his claim has not been considered.
Consequently, in the facts of the case, Deputy General of Police/ Senior Superintendent of Police, Moradabad is directed to consider the request of petitioner in accordance with law preferably within next two months from the date of production of certified copy of the order passed by this Court.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
