Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. and perused records.
Present petition is filed by the applicant with the prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 9.6.2018 in Case No. 7334 of 2018 arising out of Case Crime No. 342 of 2017 under Section 29 Police Act, P.S. G.R.P., District Aligarh, pending in the court of C.J.M. Aligarh.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the grievance of the applicant shall be sufficiently made. In case trial of the cases expedite.
In view thereof court below is directed to proceed with the Case No. 342 of 2017 expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment in the case and try to complete the proceedings within a period of three months from today a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
