Learned standing counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent. He prays for and is granted six weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within next two weeks.

Grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to order passed by the U.P. Public Service Tribunal, Lucknow dated 31.01.2007 orders have been passed by the Commandant 15th Bn. P.A.C., Agra Range. Petitioner's grievance is that the benefit of the aforementioned order has not been extended to him.
On the next date while filing counter affidavit, specific details shall be furnished as to under what circumstances the order dated 20.05.2011 passed in pursuance of the order passed by the U.P. Public Service Tribunal, Lucknow.
