Supplementary affidavit along with compliance report has been filed by Sri Niraj Upadhyay, learned Standing Counsel, which is taken on record. He states that the payment due to the applicant has already been paid and the order of writ court has fully been complied with.

Leanred counsel for the applicant has no objection to the statement made by the learned Standing Court.
