Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter to some extent, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after complying with the procedure in the agreement and after serving notice as required under the clause of the agreement and as required under Section 11 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
