Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order of this Court in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 27407 of 2018 passed on 20.12.2018 was duly served upon the opposite party on 23.1.2019. Thereafter various reminders were also sent. It is contended that in spite of service of the order of the writ Court, same has not been complied with, therefore, the opposite party has wilfully and deliberately flouted the order of the Writ Court.
Prima facie, a case for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 20.12.2018 is made out.
However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without issuing any notice at this stage, one more opportunity is provided to the opposite party to comply with the aforesaid order dated 20.12.2018 passed by this Court within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order of this Court. In case the order is not complied with by the opposite party within the aforesaid period, the applicant shall be at liberty to approach this Court again.
With the aforesaid observation this application is disposed of.
