(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE D.H.WAGHELA) The petitioner has sought to challenge order dated 1st July 2011 of Central Administrative Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, in his Original Application No.197 of 2009 with Miscellaneous Application No.251 of 2009. The Miscellaneous Application of the applicant for condonation of delay is dismissed, and hence, the Original Application has failed in view of undisputable facts that the petitioner had sought to challenge orders issued in the year 1989 after 20 years of unsatisfactorily explained delay. It was sought to be argued by learned counsel, Ms.Paurami Sheth, that the petitioner was given to understand that he might get benefit of the proceeding pending before Honourable the Supreme Court and the petitioner had been vigilant enough to carry on correspondence with the respondents. However, in view of the inordinate delay and appropriate finding of the tribunal about it having not been satisfactorily explained, the petition is summarily dismissed.
