Mr.Soparkar Ld.counsel for the petitioner submits that as per settlement petitionerBank has received substantial amount, however, respondent- Company is yet to clear some dues. The Respondent- Company is directed to see that rest of the amount be paid as early as possible. With a view to give one more opportunity to Respondent- Company, the matter is adjourned to 20.8.2001.
