Dr.Thakar for the Respondent-company prays for further time to file sur-rejoinder in company petition and to file reply affidavit in the Company Application as well as seeks extension of the date for depositing a sum of Rupees one lac by demand draft as ordered by this Court on 25-2-2002. Mr.Thakar submit that the demand draft has already been issued on 15-3-02 itself, however due to disturba and the prevailing situation the demand draft could not be brought from Vadodara and deposited in time. S.O.to 08.04.02 subject to the condition that the Respondent-Company shall deposit a sum of Rupees one lac by demand draft before this Court on or before 5-4-2002 alongwith copy of sur-rejoinder in affidavit-in reply.
