Considering the nature of dispute between the applicant, secured creditors of Ahmedabad Jubilee Spinning and Manufacturing Mills Company Ltd. and the Official Liquidator qua the stand taken by the secured creditors of Ahmedabad Manufacturing and Calico Printing Company Ltd., it is necessary that Official Liquidator appointed to Ahmedabad Jubilee Spinning and Manufacturing Mills Company Ltd. may file the report or reply to the application and the secured creditors also clarify their respective stand as to the status of the applicant of Company Application No.16 of 1999 and the stand taken by the applicant. This will positively help in dealing with the allied matters of both the mills of this group petitions and applications. Directions accordingly. Affidavit-in-reply / report be filed on or before 28.9.2000. S.O. to 28.9.2000.
