From the body of the petition, we do not find that the representation made by the petitioner on 29.11.2013 was received by the respondent authorities. We, therefore, direct the second respondent to treat a copy of the writ petition as representation and look into the complaint. If he thinks that some measure is to be taken with the help of the sixth respondent, then he may do so in accordance with law. However, the entire exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. The result of consideration of the matter shall be communicated in writing to the petitioner.
With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
