Sri J. N. Maurya, learned counsel, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 4. He has produced a document to demonstrate that M/s Star Pollution has been given the clearance to set up Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment Facility, the said order has not been challenged by the petitioner.
In view of the above, we grant liberty to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition and to take the appropriate proceedings against the said order.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.
