THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Sri Naveed Ahmed, learned counsel for petitioner.
Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondent Nos.1 and 2.
2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally.
3. In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner inter alia has prayed for a direction to respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 03.01.2019 contained in Annexure-H to the writ petition.
4. When the matter was taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner by a speaking order.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority of the respondent No.1 to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner by a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
