This petition is pressed only with respect to selection on the post of class III post in the institution. It is stated that a post of Clerk has fallen vacant in the institution and the Committee of Management has already forwarded details to the District Inspector of Schools for grant of permission to fill up the post in terms of regulation 101 of the Regulations framed under the U.P. Intermediate Education Act, but no permission has been granted. It is stated that subsequent representation made on 22.8.2017 has also not been bestowed any consideration.
Learned Standing Counsel states that grievance of the petitioner has been examined in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.4, alongwith certified copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from today. Petitioner shall be at liberty to place all materials in support its claim. In case such a claim is raised, the authority concerned shall act in accordance with regulation 101. Permission in that regard would be obtained from the Director and appropriate orders would be passed and intimated to the petitioner, within a further period of three months, thereafter.
